Courtney has been a homeowner since 2003 and a real estate investor since 2011, which has always made her a “go-to” resource for friends and family in the market to buy or sell the property. Although she had been offering her personal advice on real estate for many years, it was not until 2017 when Courtney realized it only made sense for her to pursue her real estate license, a goal she had been wanting to accomplish for quite some time. After nearly 2 decades of selling medical products and services to some of the most brilliant minds in healthcare, Courtney decided to pursue her passion and become a realtor. Since then, she has helped 50+ families purchase or sell real estate.
An Economics major from Spelman College, Courtney has always understood the value of supply and demand. She prides herself on her keen ability to confidently guide her motivated sellers on how to sell their homes fast and for top dollar, while also helping them meet their goals on ROI. On the buying side, Courtney’s local knowledge of Dallas (and surrounding areas) and understanding of what her client's value have made her THE agent to get the job done! Courtney loves working hard to make her clients happy by taking on the nuances of real estate, so her clients can focus on other things.
