Officially dubbed as The Star Entertainment District, The Star has become one of the hottest mixed use developments in North Dallas. This has brought several retail and commercial tenants to Frisco over the last two years with many more to come. Keurig Dr. Pepper received approval from the City of Frisco on 2/21 to move their headquarters from Plano to a new office at The Star. This new office will be 350,000 square feet and is set to open in 2021. Kuerig Dr. Pepper will be the second company to move its HQ to The Star, after the Dallas Cowboys of course, paving the way for other companies eyeing this area of the $5 Billion Mile.
The Novare Group is bringing their popular SkyHouse to Frisco. The 25 story luxury apartment complex will be the first high-rise to be built in Frisco and is set to open fall of 2019. SkyHouse apartments are typically developed in happening and swanky neighborhoods such as Victory Park in Dallas, Buckhead in Atlanta, and River Oaks in Houston. This development will attract millennials, business professionals, and Frisco residents that are looking to downsize from a single-family home.
