East Frisco Real Estate
East Frisco has some of the most affordable real estate in Frisco ISD because of its slower development and still having many ranches, even being home to Southfork Ranch from the original “Dallas” series before burning down in 1987. Many of these ranches have been turned into beautiful master-planned communities with open green space having walkable, on-site schools. East Frisco is considered to be east of Preston Road in the 75035 zip code.
The Grove is the one of Frisco’s newest luxury communities featuring the Orchard House amenity center with meeting rooms, and Swirl Cafe offering bakery treats to lunch sandwiches. Builders include Highland Homes, Drees Custom Homes, American Legend Homes and Southgate Homes.
Lexington Country is the only guard-gated master-planned community in the 75035 zip code and has streets named after race horses that have won the Kentucky Derby (hence the name “Lexington Country”). Their clubhouse features a banquet room, fitness center, and resort-style pool. Lexington Country is also in walking distance to city parks and Independence High School.
Designed by the same developers as Lexington Country, nearby Richwoods offers the best of gated community living having a massive amenity center, nearly 9,700 square feet in size, and an elementary school and two on-site middle schools. Richwoods is comprised of 12 villages and is in its final phase of new construction before officially being closed-out.
Lawler Park is a recently completed community in East Frisco hosting The Arbors with smaller homesites, and The Crossing with larger home sites and some multi-generational floorplan with private, attached suites with kitchenettes. This neighborhood was built around parks and trails making it great for families of all sizes and hosts an on-site elementary school.
Crown Ridge is a Prosper ISD community and prides itself on being ranked a Frisco 5 Star Neighborhood Gold Standard by the City of Frisco, meeting and surpassing many criteria to achieve such designation. Miramonte offers some of the largest lots and homes out of the new construction communities within the Panther Creek Corridor. Miramonte also has a high-end amenity center with a resort-style pool and plenty of green space to enjoy with family. This community is served by Prosper ISD schools, only a 15 minute drive away.
Prairie View gives a glimpse of Texas living with the wide-open spaces and sculptures of bison and prairie dogs throughout the community. Prairie View features several trails, Prairie House amenity center, and the first Prosper ISD elementary school within the city of Frisco.
Latera breaks the mold by being the only exclusive Toll Brothers community that is gated within the DFW Metroplex. Latera is comprised of Tuscan homes and has completed its final phase with over 100 homes completed. This neighborhood is set on a soft rolling hill with mature landscaping and is zoned for newly-opened Memorial High School in Frisco ISD.
