Homeowner’s Associations govern the neighborhood and maintains all the common areas. HOA’s assess dues, which can be mandatory or voluntary, typically monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, ranging from less than one hundred dollars or topping out at thousands of dollars. Although HOA’s are common and almost standard in most subdivisions, there are exceptions throughout the Metroplex.
