West Frisco Real Estate

Home to Downtown Frisco, the northwest area of the city has a vibrant, family-friendly setting with daily events appealing to all different tastes. You can take a stroll around Frisco Square before heading to an FC Dallas game at Toyota Stadium, or spend some time in the great outdoors at Frisco Commons Park. This section west of Preston Road and north of Main Street is exclusively served by Memorial, Lone Star, and Wakeland High Schools. Newman Village

Newman Village is a beautiful community centered around the arts and sculptures. Entering through its ornate gates, you will notice stunning estate homes leading to the Discovery Center and Central Plaza that hosts social events throughout the year. Grayhawk

Grayhawk is an older community in West Frisco dating back to 2002 and features several acres of park space and walking trails. This community has remained popular being ranked as a City of Frisco 5 Star Neighborhood and having multiple Frisco ISD schools in walking distance. This neighborhood also has a great starting price point in the low $300’s for the existing homes.

The Trails of West Frisco is made up of several smaller villages with a variety of home sizes and styles. The Trails has two amenity centers, tennis facility, and two Frisco ISD elementary schools on-site. This neighborhood also backs up to The Trails Golf Club with professional lessons available.

Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt

Shaddock Creek Estates is a master-planned community of luxury homes with Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt separating the original phases from the gated section. Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt is nearly 60 acres of park with walking trails, pavilion, and playgrounds. Main entrances to both sections of the neighborhood are on Legacy Drive making it an extremely convenient location with direct access to The Star, Dallas North Tollway, and future PGA of America Headquarters.

Craftsman in Griffin Parc

Griffin Parc is a Frisco favorite because of its strong sense of community and having a Frisco ISD elementary and middle school on-site. This neighborhood is directly south of Eldorado Parkway making commutes to FM 423 and the Dallas North Tollway pain-free. Homes range from small, single-story homes on the west side to larger, custom homes in The Reserve at Griffin Parc on the east.

Founders Hall

Upon entering from Legacy Drive, The Canals at Grand Park guide you through the neighborhood’s immaculate landscaping ending at one of the many parks or Founders Hall. Founders Hall is the heart of the neighborhood featuring a theatre, The Grove outdoor lounge area with fire pits, two over-sized pools, and Athletic Club fitness center just to name a few amenities. If residents aren’t relaxing pool-side, you’ll definitely find them walking around the neighborhood or relaxing at the park.

Phillips Creek Ranch

Once a ranch raising cattle and quarter horses, Phillips Creek Ranch is one of Frisco’s largest master-planned communities with scenic outdoor space and walking trails, 9 of DFW’s top builders, and year round events at their amenity centers for residents.

Heritage Lakes Pool

Heritage Lakes is guard-gated community off of Lebanon Road offering a large clubhouse for private and community events, a lazy river pool, and even a small golf course. This is a great neighborhood for young families as Heritage Lakes offers homes nearly 4,500 square feet in size for typically under $500,000 and is zoned for award-winning Hicks Elementary School, with Starwood Montessori and Legacy Christian Academy being less than three miles away.

Stonebriar Country Club

Stonebriar prides itself on being one of Frisco’s first luxury neighborhoods and having a strong sense of community. Stonebriar is made up of 5 gated communities off of Legacy Drive, 1 gated community off of Town and Country Boulevard, and will soon feature The Corvalla, a ritzy condo development with single-level units including a social membership to Stonebriar Country Club. Behind the gates, you can expect to find townhomes with small yards, to custom estates on several acres of prime Frisco land.

Frisco City Hall

Downtown Frisco is quickly becoming a popular community divided into Frisco Square and The Rail District recognizing the city’s history.
